“Nancy did a fantastic job once again! Planet Hollywood Cancun was the ultimate kids experience. My kids were 4 and 2 and they had a blast the whole time! The trampoline park was a major plus to get away from the sun and although the arcade was a little expensive and you didn’t get anything for all the points you got, it was still a great time. The only complaint I had was that the air was out a couple of nights at the dinner places so that left for some hot, miserable dinners. Staff was amazing as well”
